                     "Customizations may be possible in certain cases but not in others. We offer 2-3 re-edits or changes to the design. Prior to placing an order, we recommend reaching out to TheWallartistry for clarification. Additionally, customers may also consult with their manager post-order placement. Please be aware that customizations typically incur separate charges. It's important to note that customizations involve additional work, which may require extra time. As a result, there may be delays in order processing and delivery for customized items. Rest assured, any such delays will be communicated promptly."

                        Can I return or exchange an item?
                          • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist you with replacements only.

                                           What are Digital Files?

                                            • We offer digital files of your personalized art for purchase. These files are softcopy files for Digital use only. This allows you to have the flexibility to use the designs in various ways, such as printing on different materials or utilizing them digitally.

                                            Can I Cancel my Order?

                                            • Cancellation of an order is accompanied by applicable charges. The cancellation charges are structured as follows:

                                            - Cancellation before the processing begins: 90% of the order value will be refunded.
                                            - Cancellation after processing has started but before printing and framing: Charges equivalent to soft copy fees apply(Only in case of Customized Art).
                                            - Cancellation after printing and framing: No refunds are available at this stage.
