What are Digital Files?
- We offer digital files of your personalized art for purchase. These files are softcopy files for Digital use only. This allows you to have the flexibility to use the designs in various ways, such as printing on different materials or utilizing them digitally.
Can I Cancel my Order?
- Cancellation of an order is accompanied by applicable charges. The cancellation charges are structured as follows:
- Cancellation before the processing begins: 90% of the order value will be refunded.
- Cancellation after processing has started but before printing and framing: Charges equivalent to soft copy fees apply(Only in case of Customized Art).
- Cancellation after printing and framing: No refunds are available at this stage.
