Refund/Exchange Policy

Considerable care and dedication are invested in meticulously crafting your artwork and ensuring its secure delivery. It's important to be aware that every piece of art is custom-made, commencing its creation once your order is placed. Consequently, returns and refunds are provided exclusively in exceptional circumstances (please refer below for further information).

We offer exchange in cases of any manufacturing defects or issues in our product. Unfortunately we cannot refund money due to the nature of our business.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@thewallartistry.in. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  1. You should first inform us and request exchange, as mentioned above
  2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. You have to bear the return shipping cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation of an order is accompanied by applicable charges. The cancellation charges are structured as follows:


- Cancellation before the processing begins: 90% of the order value will be refunded.
- Cancellation after processing has started but before printing and framing: Charges equivalent to soft copy fees apply(Only in case of Customized Art).
- Cancellation after printing and framing: No refunds are available at this stage.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
